Advantages of Polyethylene Protective Film
SBI Mühendislik's polyethylene protective films help protect sensitive surfaces from production through to final installation, reducing waste and labor costs.
Adapts to Different Product Shapes
Thanks to its flexible LDPE structure, the film closely follows the shape of different surfaces, including flat, curved, channeled, and custom-shaped materials, helping provide smooth coverage without air bubbles.
Maintains Surface Visibility and Appearance
The film's high optical clarity allows the original color, pattern, and surface finish of the product to remain visible, maintaining its appearance while providing protection.
Protects Products During Storage
The film provides a barrier against dust, moisture, dirt, oxidation, and atmospheric corrosion during storage, helping products maintain their original condition for longer.
Guards Against Weather Conditions & Elements
Guards against UV exposure, weather conditions, dust, and friction during transportation, site handling, and final building assembly until installation is complete.
Easy Peeling Without Additional Labor Cost
Our water-based acrylic formulation enables one-piece peel-off without leaving sticky residue, eliminating costly post-installation surface cleaning and scrap.
Customer and Surface-Specific Engineering
Since 2007, by analyzing the surface energy, roughness, and gloss level of each material in our laboratory, the most suitable adhesion strength (tack) and micron thickness are precisely determined.
Flawless Protection on Diverse Surfaces
Our proven protection performance, tested both in the field and on production lines, ranging from sandwich panels to prepainted steel and metal surfaces with varying gloss levels.
Surface Protection for Sandwich Panels
It protects prepainted steel surfaces against friction and crushing from the production line to packaging, transport to the construction site, and until installation is complete. It peels off easily from the surface after installation.
On All Types of Metal Surfaces with Varying Gloss Levels
Excellent adhesion and mark-free peeling on high-gloss, semi-matte, matte, anodized aluminum, prepainted coil steel, and stainless steel surfaces. Fully compatible with press brake bending and laser cutting processes.
Precise Coil Winding and Custom Sizing
High-capacity supply with millimeter-precise coil slitting from 350 mm to 2600 mm based on customer demands and line speeds, featuring a thickness range of 30 µm to 150 µm and winding lengths from 100 m to 2000 m.
